Again, we are asking Chase that to avoid further legal action, for Chase to mitigate future damages liability, to show good faith and good will by cooperating with First Integrity Title Company.
They require from Chase’s “alleged interest” - a release (or partial) or a Chase subordination of deed of trust to the new temporary deed of trust in order for loan approval to subdivide my property.
We await some fairness from Chase to cooperate with this request and move forward, without another lawsuit at this time, while Chase keeps all options open as we do. This request is more than fair.
